www.sadiaislamicbook.com sells physical Islamic products including books, women’s and men’s clothing, halal food items (e.g., honey), and prayer-related items (tasbih, cap, surma, attar, etc.). Refund and return policies are applicable primarily for physical products and in accordance with the conditions below.
2. Physical Products
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Used clothing, personal-use items, or hygiene products (e.g., surma, tasbih, caps) are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
- If a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase by the customer
- Used or damaged products
- Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
